FUN AND FITNESS
| In a climate of worry about the state of fitness of our children, a focus on healthy, active play is important. At Playquest UK we offer a range of equipment specially designed, with consultation by former Physical Education teachers, for outdoor fitness training. This is no boring workout, however, and fun is still a high priority. |
| The items below can be incorporated into any fun trail package, or be installed as free standing pieces. Any pieces marked with an asterisk * require safety surfacing to be installed beneath them to prevent injury from falls. As with fun trail items this surfacing can be laid in a separate pit. |
